I didn't think I would use this much at all but I find myself writing on it every meal! Its really helped me stay on my diet and remember what I've eaten throughout the day. Also I LOVE the water tracker. It's almost rewarding to go color in another cup and it really helps me to get my 8 cups in. I would highly recommend this for dieting and healthy eating.

Really good quality paper. Can write on it with anything from pencil to crayon to ink pen. This pad actually helped me see what I was eating each day and helped me with portions and making sure I drink enough water. I advise anyone interested in being more aware of what you put in your body to use this. (Great weight loss tool as well!)
