I love the What to Eat Pads. I plan weekly menus and do one major shopping trip.I cross off "Not Dinner" retitle it "To Do" and list errands, apppontments, etc. by day. It's my day planner.

This notepad keeps our family on the same page! I usually make our dinner plans on Sundays, so I'll write down what I've planned for the week and then put it on the side of the fridge so we all know what to expect each night :)
Just what I wanted
I had come up with sever home-grown versions of this. They helped, but I didn't have any handy magnets to affix to the back and I didn't have to find the right colored paper. Do I wish these same in a dusty rose? Sure. But I'm still beyond glad I got these. It's just what I needed for meal planning.
Definitely A Must!
I found myself going WAY over-budget and gaining extra weight due to excessive spending on food, especially with my poor self-discipline and bad choices :(. This little pad silently helped me eliminate sabotaging habits, such as eating fast food, selecting the worst meal on the menu when eating out, potluck/wedding/birthday/funeral/baby shower/housewarming indulgences, grocery shopping while hungry, and rewarding myself with food after working out. The best part is that it has beginning goals, your meals for the week, and the outcome at the end of the week; especially dear to me was the forgiving tone if you did not do so well. Overall, a WONDERFUL investment that I would recommend to anyone!
