PLACING AN ORDER
If you are a wholesale account looking to place an order, please visit our Wholesale section for details. If you are retail customer, you’ve come to the right place! The best way to place a retail order is on this site. Find your items by returning to the homepage and using the navigation categories on the left or by using the Search function at the top right of every page. On any individual item page, click the Add to Cart button to add that item to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or choose Secure Checkout to complete your purchase. You will be guided through the checkout process step by step—shopping cart review, shipping options, payment, and confirmation.
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept mail orders paid by checks or money orders, and we do not accept Discover.
To check the status of your order, please click the link in your shipment confirmation email and enter your tracking number. If you have a problem accessing your order status, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-656-5662.
If all the items you’ve ordered are in stock, clicking the Submit Order button (at the end of checkout) immediately sends your order to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Once the warehouse receives the order, it cannot be changed.
Occasionally the Knock Knock product(s) you covet may be out of stock. This will be indicated on the product page, which will display the estimated availability date and give you the option to request notification when the product is back in stock. RESALE OF MERCHANDISE
In order to protect Knock Knock LLC’s intellectual property rights, any suspected resale of merchandise without a wholesaler license and Knock Knock consent is strictly prohibited. We will not accept any order that is deemed to possess characteristics of reselling, and reserve the right to cancel any subsequent order from a customer who has been suspected of reselling.
FRAUDULENT ORDER HISTORY
We may refuse to accept any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and refuse any subsequent order from a customer who has a history of placing fraudulent orders. Additionally, we may refuse any order that is connected with a previous credit card dispute.
We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.
GIFT MESSAGES AND WRAPPING
Knock Knock proudly offers a free gift message for any order, however, at this time gift wrapping is unavailable. To enter a personalized message, simply find the Gift Message field under Shipping Address on the Checkout page. Your message will be printed onto the box packing slip along with your name and a list of items in your order (prices are not displayed).
We do not currently offer gift certificates.
We do not stock inventory at our Venice office, and our warehouse does not provide order pickup services.
