  1. What are your top selling categories? Our Fill in the Love® Journals are very popular, as well as our Affirmators! series and our Classic Pads.
  2. What is your #1 selling item in the entire line? Our What I Love about You Fill in the Love Journal is our #1 selling item.
  3. What kind of program incentives does your company offer? Our product towers are free with a fill! For more information, please look at the end pages of our wholesale catalog.
  4. Where do you ship from? Do you offer any freight specials? Our orders ship from Reno, Nevada. First-time customers receive complimentary freight on orders $500+ with sign up for our wholesale mailing list.
  5. What’s your opening order and reorders? Our opening order is $200 and reorders are $100.
  6. What is your return policy? No wholesale direct returns will be accepted or credits issued without Knock Knock’s previous consent. Approved product returns must be received in resalable condition; we cannot accept ticketed product or items out of inner-packs. Knock Knock must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any incorrectly shipped orders or defective goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise.
