As soon as I unwrapped this and read the cover, I was like, "OMG! This sounds just like me! I coulda written this! You mean other people do this, too??" hahaha!
I love using this... and even before, I've noticed, that when I've written or talked out what I'm freaked out over, it really does seem to help. It organizes things in my mind and lets me see and separate the rational from the irrational, calm down, and arrive at what to do about things.
Ms. C.K. up there is often on the other end of that, but maybe now I can spare her (at least a little) and take it out in this perfect little book instead. :)
The introduction/instructions are fantastic, and I like the quotes that goe with each page, too!
