Kate SullivanKate Sullivan was born in Hollywood and grew up in Koreatown among salt-of-the-earth writers. She has been an editor and writer at Knock Knock since 2011. She is also an independent radio producer and journalist, and has been writing lovingly about her hometown for the better part of twenty years. Kate’s work has appeared in Los Angeles Magazine, Spin, Rolling Stone, Seventeen, Teen People, City Pages, and L.A. Weekly, where she served as music editor and wrote an award-winning column. Kate has contributed to NPR’s All Things Considered KPCC’s Offramp, and KCRW’s Sounds L.A., and she hosted and co-produced Pop Vultures, a groundbreaking music/talk show that aired on public radio stations nationwide. Kate lives with her musician/librarian boyfriend and their beautiful little boy.
