Shipping & Transit Information
WHEN will my order ship?
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be shipped. If you select an expedited shipping service, we’ll do our best to ship your order by the following business day (UPS Next Day or 2nd Day).
Please note that processing times and transit times are different. We’re working with our warehouse to process orders as quickly as possible, but there may be additional carrier delays at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
HOW will my order ship?
Orders ship via USPS and UPS. Domestic orders earning FREE SHIPPING! will ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight (if your package weighs more than 13 oz, it must be shipped via Priority Mail).
All packages are shipped from Rockhill, South Carolina, so it can sometimes take 6 or more business days for packages to reach the West Coast via First Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within three days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame for Priority packages (so we can’t either, unfortunately).
How do I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
Customers receive FREE US Shipping on Orders $35+*
*$35 minimum after discounts are applied and before taxes. Applies to Contiguous US only.
Do HI & AK qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Apologies to our friends and fans in those states.
PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses
Orders shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses must be sent via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail.
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries* worldwide including Australia and Canada.
Please note that if you choose standard first-class international shipping, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in Customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times vary wildly.
Unfortunately, USPS isn’t required to scan all First-Class and Priority shipments upon arrival at each destination, which means the tracking info can be fairly unreliable. Contacting the local carrier directly is often the easiest and quickest way to obtain tracking updates for your package, along with updates for late deliveries and miss-deliveries. If you’re still waiting for your package, please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help provide an update.
Kindly note, we are not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges that your country imposes on your package, nor can we predict what they might be.
*As of 2021, no longer ship to the UK. Customers wishing to purchase in the UK may choose to shop with our local distributor, Abrams & Chronicle Books.
