Hello and welcome! Please check out our FAQ below, which covers everything from shipping to shopping the site. If you have a question that’s not answered here, feel free to reach out.
Have a question about your order?
We ship packages and return emails Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST). We are closed Saturday and Sundays and all major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we can the following business day.
Tracking Orders
How can I track my order? Plus

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email provided on the order. If it’s outside of our expected processing window and you still don’t see it, you may need to check your junk mail folder before contacting us. Tracking can also be found in the order information on your account, log in here.

Unfortunately, USPS isn’t required to scan all First-Class and Priority shipments upon arrival at each destination, which means the tracking info can be fairly unreliable. Contacting the carrier directly is often the easiest and quickest way to obtain tracking updates for your package.

Tracking shows as delivered, but I haven't recieved it? Plus

Sometimes tracking information is updated by carriers prior to delivery, so your package may arrive in the next day or so. Making Changes
How can I make changes to my order? Plus

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders after they’ve been placed.

I forgot to add a coupon code to my order, can you apply it for me? Plus

Oops! Unfortunately we aren't able to apply coupon codes after an order has been placed. If your coupon code has an expiration date—please contact us. In some cases we are able to extend codes.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed? Plus

We typically cannot make any changes to orders once they have been placed, if you contact us immediately during business hours (Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) we’ll do our best to help, but sadly, no promises!

Can I change the shipping service I selected after my order is placed? Plus

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders after they’ve been placed.

I'd like to add to my existing order, can I do that after it's been placed? Plus

Sadly, we cannot add or remove items from orders once they’ve been placed. If you have questions about placing an additional order, please contact us.

My Order
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed? Plus

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders after they’ve been placed, even cancelations. If you contact us immediately during business hours (Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) we’ll do our best to help, but sadly, no promises!

How can I make a return? Plus
Policy 

Unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition purchased from Knock Knock can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of order. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any package returned without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Knock Knock products purchased through other retailers (including Amazon) must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:

  1. Contact customer service at [email protected] or call 800-656-5662 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please write this number on the box or on the address label. Packages received without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
  2. Packages must be shipped via insured U.S. mail or the traceable parcel carrier of your choice (such as FedEx or UPS). CODs will not be accepted.
  3. Knock Knock is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. Knock Knock will refund ground shipping costs for those items that were shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.
  4. Send the package to: Knock Knock / Return Authorization No. ___ / 6695 Green Valley Circle #5167 / Culver City, CA 90230
  5. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a refund.

Damaged and/or Defective Products

Items that are received damaged can be returned for refund within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Knock Knock may provide return shipping label for items received in error or damaged and/or defective. Damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier. Please see above Policy for notification and shipping instructions. 

Shipping Errors

Please notify us of any shipping errors within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Customers with valid shipping error claims will either be eligible to have replacement(s) re-shipped OR a refund. Please note that there may be circumstances in which we cannot replace items, in which case a refund will be issued.

Warranties

Any product purchased on knockknockstuff.com is guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 90 days from receipt of your order. If you think your product is defective within the 90-day period, please contact customer service at [email protected] or call 800-656-5662 to arrange for a refund. If you did not purchase the item on our website, please contact the retail store where you made your purchase.

Is there sales tax? Plus

Knock Knock LLC is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipping to those US states where we have physical or economic nexus. Rates are calculated according to state, county, and municipality guidelines. In some states, shipping charges are also subject to tax. All required tax calculations are visible during checkout for review prior to payment authorization.

Gifts & Gift Cards
My order is being sent as a gift, can you include a gift receipt? Plus

No worries, we never include pricing on any of our pack slips (we’ve got your back!).

Can I include a gift message with my order? Plus

Yes, at checkout you can add a gift message up to 140 characters.

How do I redeem my gift card? Plus

Please note: As of October 2021, Gift Cards will no longer be offered online for purchase. If you a received a Gift Card or purchased one prior to October 2021, it will still be honored and redeemable online. Please contact us if you have any questions.

During the checkout process you’ll see a box where you can enter discount codes and/or gift card information. If you have a valid discount code, please enter that first, then your digital gift card code.

If your gift card covers the total value of your order, then you can continue through the checkout process, confirm your order and you’re finished! Any balance on your gift card will remain available towards a future purchase.

If your gift card doesn’t cover the full value of your order, don’t worry! You’ll be able to pay the open balance by credit card or via PayPal.
