Saving My Sanity for Pandemic Winter
At the first blast of Midwestern October chill, I knew I was in for a long winter with even less escape from my home due to the pandemic. My therapist has always recommended writing things down, but I have a hard time finishing notebooks of blank pages. This notepad is perfect for getting my isolation thoughts out of my head in a way that is fun yet structured and still gives me the cynical kick I need to not take myself too seriously. Obsessive thoughts intensified by pandemic isolation... you've met your match.

These things are fantastic
I bought one for myself and several to share with friends as gifts. I'm not big on journaling regularly but I've been going to therapy since starting grad school. With the COVID-19 situation, face-to-face interactions are quite limited. I've had a lot of fun and stress relief from filling out these sheets when I get a bit overwhelmed. I highly recommend them, especially for the super stressed-out people in your life. :D
This is my favourite product! I have ordered several of them to make sure I don't run out! I use them with my real therapist. I fill them out at home and bring them to my appointments to let her know what's going on in my head. They are an invaluable "tool" and they add humor to sometimes very stressful situations!!
