Perfect!
I love the size, the inside pocket fits cards/ID and a key. I ended up using it as a wallet for excursions. I did have to buy a flat pen, no biggie.

This neat little book fits nicely in my lab coat & is handy for jotting quick notes & reminders during rounds. The pocket is nice for holding a couple of business cards as well. I hope you make refill notepads for this because I'm going to need some soon!
